Today I am sharing 2 baby shower cards that I made. The first was made using cardstock from Debbie Mumm's Noah's Ark. I cut the arks out of the paper. I used a Martha Stewart punch to make the edges. The cardstock for the card itself, I believe is Club Scrap from my stash. The embellishment is by Joann.
The second card is one that I used several punches. Now, you would think with all of the stamp sets I own, both cards would have been stamped. I didn't take pictues of the insides, but they are stamped with nice verses! Oh, and by the way, I used a Spellbinder for the leaves on this card.
The more I looked at my little chick Easter card, the more I thought that it needed a little something. So, I had some cute little rain boots that I had cut out on my Cricut, and thought that they would be cute...and I kinda like it! What do you think?
Hello my faithful followers! OK, to begin with, I want to tell you my new promise (You know how bad I am keeping promises!). My promise is that I will be sure that I have added my photos BEFORE I post! :-)
Today I am sharing an Easter card for a child, a Father's Day card and a card about unlocking your dreams.
My Easter card is a piece of cardstock that I tore, added feathers, buttons for eyes, a triangle for a beak and hand drawn feet. I thought that it was cute and rather childlike.
I have had these keys in my stash and have been dying to do something with them. The keys are from JoAnn Craft Essentials. I stamped and embossed ferns from Stampin' Up! using Garden Green SU ink. I also used it to give a little background color on the stark white cardstock, just around 2 sides. I added my "Unlock your dreams" sentiment and punched it out. You probably can't tell from my card, but the white cardstock was cut smaller, so that I was able to use Garden Green cardstock on the backside of the folded white card, giving it a matted look.
The last card is a Father's Day card that I made for my dad. He loves cars and I thought of him when I bought A Proper Gentleman Collection from Graphics 45.
Again, I used the Garden Green cardstock from SU! I then used the same ink to stamp on some wide white satin ribbon I had in my stash.
I hope that you are having a wonderful day & a wonderful week!
